Population and Manpower

Modern productivity theories go by the concept that, to convert population into manpower, one needs to determine the size and composition of the active or potential workforce within the population. This can be done by analyzing factors such as age, gender, education, and employment status. For example, individuals who are too young or too old to work, as well as those who are disabled or not seeking employment, would not be considered part of the manpower.

On the contrary history has shown that, the world is what it is today not by quantity but by quality.  The ability to bring the change comes from within not from without.

The market based economy converts the entire world into a market place.  Hence it is the time that ecology must be the governing factor over the economics.
